I love helping clients get results. Seeing the transformations in their bodies and general health is very rewarding.
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2009 and have worked with clients who have had a variety of different goals. Weight loss, muscle gain, strength, mobility, recovering from injuries, training for endurance events such as marathons, cycling, rowing races and triathlons.
After becoming a mum and dealing with numerous issues during pregnancy and after both boys were born I have qualified as a pre and postnatal trainer. Since then I have helped mums and mums to be with all the changes that come with pre and post natal training.


After becoming a mum in my 40s to two energetic little boys, it felt like I went straight from pregnancy and breastfeeding into perimenopause. That experience pushed me to learn everything I could about how our bodies change during this stage of life. I’ve studied with Dr. Stacy Sims and The Menopause Movement, and now have a deep understanding of what’s happening hormonally — and how to train, eat, and recover to get real results.
This knowledge has allowed me to help countless women over 40 take back control of their body composition, boost their strength and energy, and ease many of the challenges that come with menopause.
Qualifications
Registered exercise professional (REPs) level 3 personal trainer.
This included: Nutrition, Weight Management and Postural Assessment.
